Cohort One · Kuala Lumpur · Nov–Dec 2026

You are good in the room. That was never the problem.

You have the subject depth. You have the delivery. You have clients who bring you back. What you do not have is a framework with your name on it, a book that carries it, a keynote that opens doors, and a funnel that fills your calendar without you chasing.

Authority Intelligence. Build your Authority Stack:
framework, book, brand, keynote and lead funnel.

For Malaysian corporate trainers and facilitators who already deliver well.

This is not HRD Corp claimable. Authority Intelligence is self-funded. You are buying an asset you own outright, not training you consume, which is why there is no levy route for it and no claim paperwork on your side. Said here rather than buried further down, because it is the first question most trainers ask.

Why the usual fixes did not work

You have already tried at least one of these.

You posted more. You updated the headshot. You paid someone to build a website. None of it moved the fee. All three are the top layer. Content, photography and a website are how authority gets shown. They are not how authority gets built. Put them on top of nothing and they perform exactly as they have been performing.

Content without a framework produces likes, not bookings.

The Authority Stack

Five layers. Built in order. None skippable.

01Source

Ten problems you solve, five beliefs you hold, three audiences you serve, one transformation you cause. Extracted from you, because it exists nowhere else.

02Structure

Your own framework, three to five stages, named. Built so a stranger can re-explain it after hearing it once.

03Story

A 15,000 to 20,000 word manuscript that carries the framework and stress-tests it. Where the structure is weak, the writing exposes it.

04Stage

Your keynote script, your deck, your rehearsal on film, your brand direction, your photography brief.

05System

Six pages of website copy, media kit copy, lead magnet, email sequence, booking flow, and a 90-day content calendar.

Source comes first because it is the only layer no tool can produce for you. The material is in your head and nowhere else. Everything above it is production, and production is straightforward once the source exists.

Cohort One

Two days. A week off. Two days. A week off. One day.

The gaps are not padding. Between the blocks you say your framework out loud to real people, and it either holds or it gets fixed. That is a test you cannot run inside a single continuous week. One layer built per day. In the room. By you.

Three routes, one framework

Choose by what you are short of. Instalment plans available on all three.

Authority Lab

RM9,888

Short of assets, not time. You build all five layers with your own hands across five days.

Authority Finish

RM4,888

You built it in the Lab. Now it needs to go live. We produce the cash items over roughly thirty days. Lab graduates only.

Authority Build

RM19,888

Short of time. We interview you, build all five layers over thirty days, and hand them over. You spend hours, not days.

The difference between Lab and Build is authorship. In the Lab your framework comes out of your own head in a room, with your hands on it. In Build we extract it through interviews and construct it for you. Both end with assets you own outright. Only one ends with you having built them.

Where the Lab stops

We will tell you this before you pay, not after.

Five days and your own two hands can carry the Stack to the edge of live. They cannot carry it over. Photography is briefed, not shot. The website is written, not published. The book is finished, not printed. That last stretch is production work, and production takes cash and calendar the Lab does not contain. Authority Finish is that stretch. You are not required to take it, and you will know exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.

One more thing stated plainly so there is no surprise later: the 90-day calendar gives you the structure and the themes. You write the posts.

Who is running this

Soo Hoo Yoon Hunn. The Bridge-Maker.

Eighteen years of organisational alignment work for Shell, Maybank, Intel, HSBC, PETRONAS, Johnson & Johnson and Standard Chartered, across MNCs, GLCs, SMEs and government agencies in Asia-Pacific. 4.9 out of 5 across 37 Google reviews.

He has also taken five cohorts of Malaysian trainers through Bridge-Maker Academy, his twelve-month trainer development programme. One of them, Grace Boey, went on to win the HRDC Trainer Award. Two things you can open in a browser right now and check yourself: disc.hrdcorptrainer.com and dope.hrdcorptrainer.com, both built and running for corporate trainer clients. He is also co-owner for ASEAN of the Branding You curriculum, with its author Nellie Amirah Lim.

Cohort One is the first run of Authority Intelligence. The record above is Soo Hoo's, not a graduate's. There is a difference and you are entitled to weigh it.

Who this is not for

Three honest exclusions.

Trainers still building a delivery history. Source has nothing to excavate yet. Soo Hoo runs Bridge-Maker Academy for exactly this, a twelve-month cohort that walks a newer trainer through the whole build with support at every stage. Five cohorts have completed it. Ask about that one instead. It is the better spend.

Anyone who wants it produced for them. That is Authority Build. The Lab hands you the pen.

Anyone who cannot hold all three blocks. Miss a block and the layer above it has nothing to rest on.

Five seats. Cohort One.

Five is not a tactic. Day one is one-to-one framework extraction, and that is the part nothing automates.

WhatsApp the word STACK to +60 19-409 1161

You get a twenty-minute call. Soo Hoo looks at what you already deliver and you decide together whether Source has enough in it to work with. If it does not, he will tell you, and he will point you somewhere better. No pitch on that call.
