Delivery and ownership terms.
These terms make the buyer’s inputs, ownership, payment, delivery conditions, and boundaries visible before commitment.
Authority Build
Price and payment
RM30,000. Fifty percent is due to begin. The remaining fifty percent is due before launch and final handover.
When the 30-day build begins
The clock starts after first payment, written scope, access to the client-owned NLC, and a scheduled filming half-day. Decisions and consolidated feedback are due within two business days. Missing inputs pause the clock.
Scope and revisions
The named Build assets and two consolidated revision rounds are included. Extra work, changed strategy, extra filming, advertising, print, and third-party services need written agreement.
Ownership and ongoing costs
The client owns and controls their NLC account, domain, website files, source material, and business data from day one. The client pays ongoing NLC, domain, hosting, email, booking, and other third-party costs directly.
Support and handover
Handover includes the agreed files, configurations, and administrator access. For 30 days after launch, we correct defects caused by our implementation. No commercial result is promised.
Authority Lab
Price and payment
RM9,888. Fifty percent confirms the place. The remaining fifty percent is due seven days before the first live day.
Attendance and completion
Lab requires all five live days, work between clinics, and checkpoint submissions. The fifteen assets are review-ready versions, not Done-for-You production. A missed live day is not recreated privately.
Ownership and exclusions
Participants own their framework, source material, and drafts. Lab does not include final book editing or typesetting, a live website, technical connections, photography production, or Done-for-You launch content.
Cancellations and rescheduling
There is no refund or performance guarantee. If we must reschedule because venue or facilitator availability prevents delivery, paid amounts transfer to the next published date. Any agreed participant alternative is confirmed in writing.
Proof boundary
Authority Lab Cohort One is the first end-to-end run of this format. We do not use earlier websites or trainer lineage as proof that Lab has produced a commercial outcome.
